Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University or JRSU was established by the Government of Jharkhand to establish a high performing knowledge institution on the pattern as one developed in Gujarat. Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University plans to train future police and cyber forensics through innovation in education, research, creativity and technological knowledge and skills. It is important for maintenance of law and order and ensuring peace and harmony in the society. The courses offered by JRSU are MA MSc Criminology, BSc Hons in Forensic Science, BSc Hons in Computer Application in Cyber Security, Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Security and Diploma in Police Science.
